1. Eligibility
   1. This competition is open to all residents of Canada aged 19 and above.
2. How to Enter
   1. To enter the competition, participants must sign up for the free trial on our website at edgehunters.com.
   2. Participants can earn an additional entry by following our Instagram page @edge.hunters.
3. Competition Period
   1. The competition opens on the 19th of September and closes at 11:59 PM (local time) on the 17th of October. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize
   1. The prize is one (1) iPhone 16 Pro Max or $1,500 CAD in cash, at the winner’s choice. No other cash or alternative prizes are available.
   2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded.
5. Winner Selection
   1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   2. The draw will take place on the 18th of October, and the winner will be notified immediately via email or Instagram direct message.
6. Winner Notification
   1. The winner must respond to the notification within 1 day to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner will be selected in their place.
   2. EdgeHunters is not responsible for any delays or failure to receive the notification due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.
7. Publicity
   1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Data Protection
   1. Any personal data collected during the course of the competition will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.edgehunters.com/privacy-policy.
   2. Participants' details will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
9. General
   1. EdgeHunters reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
   2. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   3. This competition is governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
